CAN I COME AND LOOK AT THE ITEMS FOR HIRE?
Yes, the staff at Gold Coast and Tweed Party Hire are more than happy to show you any equipment before you hire. The location is 3/14 enterprise ave, Crn Parkside Drive, South Tweed Heads NSW 2486. Trading hours are from Monday to Friday 8.00 am til 5pm and Saturdays- By appointment only. You can contact us on 0755247878 or via email email@example.com
WHAT IS YOUR BOOKING PROCEDURE?
You can make a booking through phone or email. Payment is required before the goods are taken. A fee will apply if any of the equipment is damaged or broken.
DO YOU HAVE EFTPOS?
Yes, eftpos facilities are available.
WHAT IS YOUR CANCELLATION POLICY?
in the event of cancellation by the hirer 24-48 hours notice is required. If notice is not given 20% of the total hire is payable.
WHERE IS YOUR PRICE LIST?
Our price list can be found on our website www.tweedpartyhire.com, or can be directly emailed to the customer.
WHEN CAN WE EXPECT DELIVERY AND PICKUP OF OUR HIRED GOODS?
Most customers hire equipment for weekend events, so we usually deliver Thursday/Friday and pickup Monday/Tuesday. This will vary depending on the size of the order and the most efficient run we can devise based on other bookings. We work hard to cater for each customer, and ask for your patience when organizing the delivery order.
HOW LONG IS THE HIRE PERIOD?
The hire period is usually 2-3 days.
CAN I EXTEND THE HIRE PERIOD?
Yes, customers will be charged an additional fee quoted by a staff member at Party Hire.
HOW MUCH DOES IT COST TO GET GOODS DELIVERED?
The delivery cost depends on the location and accessibility. If you are situated in the close vicinity of Party Hire the delivery price will be less.
CAN I PICK THE EQUIPMENT UP MYSELF?
Yes. Depending on the size of your order and the capacity to transport it, pick ups can be made from our store which is situated in Tweed Heads South.
DO YOU CHARGE A BOND?
Goods must be returned clean. Breakages and shortages must be paid for. All transactions COD except by prior arrangements. Bond is required on all goods picked up from our depot or delivered where applicable. Bond to be paid in cash, if paid my cheque, clearance required before refund given. The Hirer shall pay a cleaning fee for all goods not returned clean. Deposits shall be returned when goods are checked at warehouse. The Hirer shall pay an extra fee should furniture not be stacked ready for collection on date specified.
WHAT SIZE MARQUEE WILL I NEED?
There are many factors to consider when determining what size marquee is required. Some of these include:
- Amount of space available
- Type of event (eg. Wedding, corporate, birthday etc)
- Number of guest attending
- Whether guests are seated
- Whether dance floor, stage, buffet tables etc are required
Bookings can be made if the customer would like a representative from Party hire to come and access the venue and advise them on what size marquee best suits their needs.
